1-20-09 Obama gets his Keys!!

So... I asked Allyson... "Do you know what today is?", and she said... "It is the 20th, the day Obama gets his keys Mommy". She is so cute.... We didn't make it up to the inauguration, nor did we have a desire to be in that crazy mess, but we listened to the swearing in, and watched it later on the DVR. (gotta love modern technology). So I didn't technically "take" the photos below... but I did pimp them in photoshop... so I think they count as my daily pictures! lol
Today was my one week mark for Weight Watchers, which means... weigh in day... I knew I had followed the program all week; and didn't have any REAL challenges (except I REALLY wanted m&ms at the crop last weekend... but Sherri was watching me...and I couldn't sneak them)... and... it paid off. I lost 3.8 lbs. Yippy.

I spent the day with the kids. We went to lunch at Chili's; and then off to the mall we went to spend their Gift Certificates from Christmas. There were such great deals to be had. In "retail world"; summer is here and they need to rid themselves of the winter clothing! The boys found jeans, shirts and shoes for great prices.
