When Life is tough... Bake Cookies! I don't LOVE to cook, but I do like to bake. I am not an expert baker, but I can make cookies and follow a recipe. I don't like recipes with more than 10 ingredients, it overwhelms me before I even start. I have alot of rules, huh.
Anyway... I mentioned I have been spending alot of time up at the hospital with my friend and her husband, so I have been baking for their family this week. My kids are happy when they come home... there are cookies waiting for them... No dinner... just cookies, lol. Todays cookies were chocolate chip & butterscotch.
Notice the Fresh Crops Recipe Album in the picture. I just LOVE this recipe book, and as you can see... it coordinates well in my newly painted kitchen.

Album looks good but the cookies look better!!!! I'd love to taste one of those yummy cookies!!!!
